SLJY type grout circulating pump mechanical seal belongs to multi-spring single end mechanical seal, sealing surface are made of high quality carbide and silicon carbide, the matrix material can be selected as SUS316L, 2205, 2507, etc. The structure has the advantages of resistance to blockage, abrasion and corrosion, and the service life is more than twice that of the ordinary mechanical seal.

 

 

Structural features:

 

1. Single end face is equipped with a balanced set of mechanical seal, multi-spring external is effectively protected, static ring compensation; Simple installation, no adjustment required. (according to customer's requirements to make double end face internal balance type set type mechanical seal)

 

2. The default material is 316L stainless steel + non-pressure sintered silicon carbide (SSIC), you can also change the friction pair and matrix material according to user requirements.
